On September 2nd, the Enterprise Management Department successfully organized the August Independent Improvement On-site Review. The judging panel, consisting of Tian Xinzhong (Chief Engineer, Assistant to the General Manager, and Assistant to the Chairman), Jiao Yu (Director of the Production Department), and Liu Xueqiang (Director of the Information & Automation Department), participated in the event. The activity aimed to verify and evaluate the implementation effects of independent improvement projects launched by employees in August, further stimulating the enthusiasm of all staff to participate in independent improvement initiatives.
The judging panel conducted in-depth inspections and evaluations of 8 independent improvement projects in the production workshops. During the review, the judges not only focused on the actual improvement outcomes but also comprehensively considered innovative thinking and team collaboration throughout the improvement process. They maintained full communication with project leaders, gaining detailed insights into the project background, objective setting, implementation process, and achieved benefits. For projects with remarkable improvement effects and promotion value, the judges highly praised the teams and encouraged them to conduct in-depth exploration and continuous optimization.
